I don't think there's an official record for aubergine but I did grew a 1,136kg specimen back in 2011. They can go up to 4kg from what I heard.

To my knowledge there are no official European records for either of them. I have read of 2lb peppers, but have never found official documents recording them.

The tallest aubergine plant is 5.5 meter. But that was in India.

Worldrecordacademy is pretty much a scam and has nothing to do with Guinness at all and are not allowed to claim official records. Growers generally only claim records at Guinness, so Worldrecordacademy does not have complete records except for the ones they "steal" from Guinness or get through other dubious ways.

That being said, Guinness is not always correct either, including the heavy pepper "record", mentioned by WRA.

It is obvious WRA is copying Guinness, because the last three records for long cucumber noted by WRA come from Guinness, and none of the three are cucumbers (one melon and two gourds).
