This is a photo of the backup fruit on my 150 sf plant. I had planned to cut it off but my main fruit is beginning to get a case of the dimples, even though it's still gaining 15# a day on average for the past 5 days. This fruit is on a secondary vine. I didn't plan it to be the backup fruit, but it might became a necessity. To prepare for the inevitability I put a piece of 1 in insulation board under it and repositioned it further from the retaining board in the bed.
