So far I am very happy with this plants performance. The pumpkin has a nice stable growth pattern and the plant is holding up nicely. This pumpkin did grow on a side vine early on and now it is too late to move it, so the pumpkin will be growing on it for now. I can always cut it off if I need to, but right now I do not think it is causing any problems, I just cut some of the leaves off to prevent them from scraping against the pumpkin.
