Hi, I found an attachment that goes onto a leaf blower that makes it a Mist blower. It connects to a normal pump sprayer. It is less than $40. Do you think that it can replace a real mist blower? And if you have already used this, please let me know your thoughts on this tool. Here is the link to how it looks like : https://mosquitosnipersystem.com/home

They are not like the fine mist that comes from a mister blower. Buy a nozzle from an actual mist blower.

A true mist is 20-50 microns. Neither products produce a true mist. All the sprayers are doing is using the air velocity to breakup the water stream into finer droplets. A widely used backpack is Stihl's 200. However, the stock sprayer does not produce a true mist and their website does not mention micron size. First clue that it is not a mister. So, I contacted Stihl and you have to buy an additional nozzle "Thank you for contacting us at STIHL Customer Service.

Regarding your inquiry, we would like to inform you that the set of ultra low volume (ULV) is offered as an optional accessory for the STIHL SR 200. On that note, we would like to provide you with the ULV part number.

UV Part Number: 4241 007 1009". Another option is electric powered and is a bit cumbersome due to the extension cord. Petra Tools (out of Pa) ELECTRIC BACKPACK ULV FOGGER.

Thanks for all the replies! I think I will either get a STIHL head or buy a cheaper Mist blower. I will look into buying the STIHL SR 200, but it is very expensive.

I was looking into that, but there is no electricity where I plant to grow.
