And this evening I had one of those moments where you remember something that you have known forever but didn't recall at the right time. I cleaned out my ibc tote that I mix fertilizer in, it had a bunch of precipitate at the bottom. At that moment I remember my liquid fertilizer dealer several years ago telling me to watch what I mixed with the boron because it will precipitate. When I applied boron I also mixed in other fertilizer. I think my boron level in the soil is lower than it should be because a bunch of it was sitting at the bottom of my tank. Lesson learned, next time I'll apply the boron by itself.
