VPD is super imprtant. It's also important to measure the actual leaf temperature to make the calculation, not just rely on the algorithm provided by the app! The actual leaf temp should ideally be a few degrees lower than the air temp. If that's the case then the leaf is cooling itself properly and all should be ok!

Btw...Leaf temps were a lot cooler than air temp.
