You missed that part to the right, there.
Great place for a nice coating of Glyphosate followed by
Dutch White Clover. Those Dandy Lions have their 'eyes' on it, lol. I'm sure you'll work wonders with it.

First steps taken! Its mowed & threw some oat seed down. Is there a benefit to clover besides nitrogen? Won't really need the extra nitrogen here...
