Ummm, I'd move those walking boards AsAp.
What might the bamboo stakes be for?
If it's all to hold the fruit in place for stem/vine adjustment, a folded up towel tucked under the opposing side works well and a solid surface under the fruit would be top priority; I'm in preach mode, lol. A friend to slide a surface under whilst the fruit is lifted is a Godsend.
After that, adjustments are mostly, 'fun'. Take care, literally, lol---eric g
