For reference and although never overkill, I use 1/4 cup of Holland's LOG Bio Grow Endo Plus in 12 dry quarts of Jiffy Grow SS Mix. Anywhere the roots are, the Myco should be also, to an extreme.
Knowing MY luck, it probably comes out at the same ratio as yours!

When I transplant in 8 days, I use larger amounts. This is just for germination.
