Our 162 MacKinnon seedling vine is about 2 feet long; should I start covering nodes now, and if so, how deep. I have heard both completely covering them, or just soil up to the bottom of the vine ; and does it matter how much of the vine in between nodes is covered? the plant is 21 days old today, want to do it right. thanks.

I throw enough dirt on to help keep the vines from rolling in the wind.
