Does it just mean that the Draft teams are made up of "free agents" and the other teams entered as a full team? OR - is there two separate contests? |

Yes…Two divisions in the same contest…draft teams are selected by numbers, open teams are no holds barred, any three growers you want. Everyone in the contest is eligible to win The CUP. |
