We weighed our 1st 2 tomatoes on Monday & sent the info to the GPC. Not sure how long it takes to have the results posted on the early tomatoes pages, but you can check out some pictures of them at:

https://www.gvgo.ca/forum/grower-diaries/1st-tomatoes-of-the-season

The 5.75 Hunt was grown from the 6.23 Konieczny & the 4.45 Hunt was grown on the 5.95 Konieczny. Both plants were grown in a greenhouse.

That's a good start with over 10# for our team, (just a ten). We have some other promising maters growing outside, so hopefully we can get a couple a bit bigger than these. Hopefully my team mates are having some good luck too.

Good luck to all,
Phil & Jane

Some bigger fruit are still green and growing so I hope to come a little bit closer.

Thanks guys. The Megazac grew well & I really liked how the fruit bulked out on the sides. Plants inside the greenhouse are now over 7' tall & trying to fall over, so I terminated growth & will try to grow out a couple of the decent megablooms that are left on the top.

We look forward to seeing the results come in.
Good luck to all
