Check out this video on YouTube. It is pretty straight forward. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xr-VhOoUC6I

It makes an excellent Brewer, I made 1 last year. 1000 better than the 1 that uses air stones I made. No "tea bags" to use, just throw your recipe in and let it brew.

Can verify it’s a pretty sound built; built one last season and warming it up for this coming season as we speak: http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryViewOne.asp?eid=300534

cool video marv. I am not going to use it....5 gallons is too small for my desires. I want about 50 gallons of vortex brewing. Stay tuned...bnot's brewer within 2 years. You are going to kick everyone this year Marv....i really think you are on the right wavelength.

Does anybody use an oxygen meter. To test their tea Brews. That will determine aerobic versus anaerobic?

If your pump is powerful enough, no need to test the aeration.
Although if you are curious enough, you could buy a cheap microscope and gaze at your results.

If your oxygen level is up you will grow aerobes. If it is down you will grow anaerobes. The more oxygen, the more aerobes provided food is available for them.
