I am new here but have been growing tomatoes for awhile. I am trying to grow a big tomato. Maybe a world record. Who knows how to do this and how can I find out how? Also I have been looking for seeds from the recent world record tomato but cannot find any. I looked at your auctions and on Ebay but nothing was listed.

Good luck with seeds from the current world record. I am one of the closest contacts to Dan Sutherland, and I can not get seeds. For the genetics, look for the 5.95 Konieczny or its offspring. Not an ideal situation, but it is what it is. Technique and environment is much more important than the seed. Where do you live Uncanny. I am expecting that the WR for tomato to break 10 pounds in the next two years. Hopefully seeds from the next WR will be available.

Look at more of the auctions.
Look for seeds from Big Zac, Delicious, Domingo varieties, also from various crosses like MegaZac & MegaDom.
Look for “pedigreed seeds that have the weight & Grower’s names specified.
If you wish to study a book, look for Marv Meisner’s book.

Look in the Growers Diaries from last year from some of the Tomato people like myself, Bnot, QTip, Porkchop...

That's really very cool, you are growing tomato plants in your garden area. There are many such people who are fond of planting tomatoes, but have you guys ever thought about how to keep these tomatoes safe from pests? Pests like rats, ants are such creatures on earth, which get attracted towards plants, and thus it is always beneficial to call the professional pest exterminator like pest control Sacramento exterminator ( https://pinnaclepest.com/ ) to get rid of pest issues.
