What temperature range do watermelons need before being transplanted into the garden? |

It's been my experience that if you want the plant to hit the ground running 60 degrees or more. They will tolerate cooler but growth slows considerably. |

Thanks, it is appreciated. I knew that there was a difference from the minimum temperature for survival, and the minimal temperature for growing a big one, and I didn't know which was which. |
