            | brotherdave | Corryton, TN | Twenty one plants planted in a commercial plasticulture setup with 1 drip tape running the length of the bed. No 6+ lobed females observed. Most first females observed were 3 and 4 lobed. More 4 and 5's after plant got bigger generally starting with the 3 female found. I speculate that the 8 lobe was an anomaly and not necessarily genetic. The seed has done well producing 274.5, 272.5 and 236 pound melons. Not bad considering very few were grown in a competitive setup. | 9/24/2018 6:57:56 PM |
            | Charles B.(Team GWG/WWGG) | Grant, AL | Dave, I also grew a 245 lb melon from your 140.5 Cantrell that wasn’t taken to a weighoff but was weighed at a local feed store. Great seed indeed! | 9/24/2018 8:00:50 PM |
