There have been a lot of cool nights here in the Adirondacks. A bunch of 40s and 50s and a whole bunch more on the way. I had my friend cover his kin with 2 sheets a heating blanket set on low and then a sleeping bag and anything he had handy to keep kin warm at night. Had a little warm up for several days before this and kin was putting on 30 lbs a day. Do not want problems because of cold kin. Any body use the heating blankets or recommendations. He checked kin at midnight and temp was 60 under sleeping bag. Much better than 40. Suggestions from somebody who has used them would be appreciated.
