A shot in the dark here. Got a good size bag of what was seaweed powder, left unsealed too long, and now its a gooey seaweed brick. Its still soluble but takes alot of time. Anyone got experience or an idea how to undo moisture contaminated seaweed powder? Thanks!

I had a bag do that. I simply add that to a gallon jug and mix it well. You would be able to undo the moisture

Take a chunk off and put it in a large pot of boiling water (if your allowed). Don't burn yourself!
