I have Talstar, Merit for pesticides and Eagle and Daconil for fungicides. I apply them one at a time and would like to mix two at a time together to save time. Can I combine in a single application? Which would you combine? Are there any combinations I should avoid that may react together and hurt the plants? Thank you!

Merit will mix just fine with the fungicides. I have not personally used Talstar, but I would think you would be fine. follow instructions as always. Eagle is a systemic fungicide and merit is a systemic pesticide. use one of each, you pick. get in a rotation , so you are not spraying the same thing. You donate want the plant to get immune to it.

I apply Merit and Daconil together with no problems.

It’s recommended to spray a systemic fungicide together with a contact fungicide. I always add a contact insecticide to the mix as well. I use Bifen and sevin for contact insecticides and imidacloprid for a systemic.

I have done that in the past with no problems. Typically I use a different contact pesticide.

Alex,

Yes, you can mix Talstar, Eagle and Daconil together into one spray, in fact I would encourage it. Just mix up one gallon and test spray a few young leaves, if the young leaves can handle your mix the whole plant will.
