So why doesn't GPC team up with New York Botanical Gardens and Guinness and raffle off carving rights for the largest Pumpkin every year we have a new "Largest"? There is already a world record for the largest jack-o-lantern at 2077# set in 2018. The record lists the grower and the carvers. New York City has over 1 Million Millionaires. A Guinness World Record is one of the few things you can't buy with money. Let's give them the opportunity to do just that. NYBS And Guinness would love the publicity, and NYC is the media capitol of the world.If 51% or more goes to non-profits, it's a charity fund raiser. Give the grower 40% and split the balance between NYBG and GPC.
