Well, I was mildly interested figuring that Carl predicted something (hockey playoffs, snow in NS, Election prediction, GPC conspiracy) so I spent some time looking, and now, I feel that time has been wasted since I found nothing that earth-shattering or worthy of a "I told you so" and that has left me with an unaccomplished feeling of time well wasted.

Carl, do me a personal favour and let me in on the puzzle (if it is truly worth sharing) .... and I'll ask again "what is happening?"
