Hi, one of my pepper plants got sunburned from me putting it too close to my led grow light, is it possible that it could recover from the burn?

As long as the part of the main stem and braches where new growth comes out of is not damaged , you should be okay. I had my plants almost bare of leaves last year and they recovered .
