That makes sense...better insulation and no building...1" thick on the glass..can cover with blankets if needed on cold nights

Shannon, Would I need to worry about pulling the glass off or just remove a couple bales for air circulation when it warms up? Don't want to cook them

Heat rises so I would figure out a way to prop the glass open when the sun is shining.

Easy enough to slide the glass off the bales..other thought was pull a couple bales on each end..or would the glass act as magnifying glass..I know when the sun comes thru the window in the house it generates lots of heat..don't want to babysit too much..it'll interfere with my fishin'...bees and fish busy bout the same time

I have plywood shelters with old Padio glass doors hinged on top they are vented on both ends and on sunny days I block the glass open a few inches then bungee cord them . I am in a valley where the wind can be a problem. As the days get warmer I eventually remove the glass and staple a shade cloth over the plant where the sun will be at midday
