Its warmer here. Strong south wind, it was in 50's today. 60 tomorrow and close to 70 on Monday. Warmer air should be there in a day or two. But orchard owners here are worried. The last 2 months have been exceptionally warm, trees are way ahead of normal and they fear a cold snap could be disastrous.

70 here today and the earliest spring in memory. Chorus frogs and spring peepers have been singing for at least 3 weeks. Not good in my opinion as it looks to be a hot summer.

Roller Coaster ride in the Adirondacks..2 days of record highs last week pushing 70..two days of below 0 and high of 11 this weekend..up in the 50s this week..screwing up the sap run for Maple Syrup. Hope your fruit trees didn't start budding yet. Been fishing from my row boat and hope the wind keeps up to keep the ice off Lake George..a couple inches of ice will definitely screw up my fishin.

It was close to 70 yesterday, then a big storm went through around 9 PM. High wind, tornado warning, power out for over 2 hours. They are forecasting snow by Saturday.

Chris...prbly will destroy my peach & pear trees, as they seem to be in full blossom stage now. Early flowers will also prbly be dun! Hopefully my roses survive. Saw on TV this morning that peaches will get real expensive soon!!! Georgia peach crop is prbly gonna be devastated! Hopefully that is incorrect, as I love a good peach!! Peace, Wayne
