Congrats to Alex McCracken , aka Pumpkin Jesus, on winning Doylestown for your first time yesterday and moving your personal best way up to 1795.5 lbs! Way to go Alex!

Also congrats to Tony Ciliberto on moving his personal best all the way from 1097 lbs, from back in 2002, up to 1700 lbs yesterday! That's a heck of a comeback!

Congratulations Alex it was a pleasure to meet you & one heck of a heavy pumpkin!!!!

It was also good to compete against Tony Ciliberto after all of these years. It was a beautiful round orange pumpkin that went way heavy. I also think everyone should know that he only grows 1 plant & to achieve 1,700#'s that should let you know how good this guy really is!!!!!

Thank you to Jim Gerhart & his entire crew for putting on a first class weigh-off I would encourage everyone to make this one of their stops with a pumpkin in the future. The Market run by the college with all of the activities for the whole family makes this site truly special. Awesome job Carol & I will be back to have another special day at Doylestown!!!!
