I'm pretty sure it's fine and doesn't go down far. I would love to see a crack there on mine as mine are usually on the other end! It is super thick there and should heal just fine. It's just some stress relief!

Dont give up on it yet qtip... when you go to a weighoff you will see many with similar cracks

Oh thanks guys - I was making a weak attempt at a joke - like when your buddies plumber crack is hanging out and you tell him "crack kills" ..... From what I'm told the cracks are fine but thanks for the concern gang!

You had me Q Tip, goes to show ya I don't know squat yet. I do have one that has a pretty good hail wound. I'll go out and take a pic and post it.
