Moth balls, lots of moth balls. then, for those that don't mind the moth balls, go with the Tomcat or other such rat bait. Keep your dog away from the patch, he might pick up a dead one.

Poisen peanuts used for moles but work better for voles. Or go to YouTube and search vole trap. I have had good luck with the trap that uses two wooden mouse traps and a section of gutter downspout.

I have heard castor beans work well.

I've used bait bars, mothballs, and D-Con, as well as traps and zappers. D-Con and zappers work the best, but you have to clean the crap and pee out after they get electrocuted.

Found this new Bonide Mole II bait...and this great article out me own home state.....

http://www.ext.colostate.edu/pubs/natres/06507.html

So I filled my mice/Vole feeding containers I made out of old plastic Almond Containers. They work really well since they have a 4" Lid on the top. I cut a access hole in the bottom, that way once I put a rock on top they don't get moved and they are protected from the automated watering system... So far I have spent over $100 feeding the rodents.... This Bonide Mole stuff looks good, bits of corn in it...We will see how fast it disapearZ....ThankZ All
