I have two seedlings that showed damping off disease, curled cots/deformed leaves with mold growth on the edges. They appear to be growing out of the issue but I'm half tempted to toss them. Do you guys have any idea on the right way to go? Both were very good stock that I cannot replace.

That doesn't sound like damping off to me. With damping off the stem will fall over and rot. I would keep them and give them a chance.

I had one that fried off both cots last year and still made it and grew a personal best once in the dirt. Make sure you're not over fertilizing young seedlings. happened to mine :(

It was too much water while the plant was in the seed. Don't worry about it the plants will grow out of it.
