Mr Quiltanman; Ask questions on your pumpkin growing, people here are willing to help out any way they can.
Good luck

Mr. Quilts man, Old-Rookie couldn't have said it any better. There's a great wealth of giant pumpkin info to be found here at this site. You should refresh your GP knowledge by starting with reading Don Langevin's books. Then read all the info (past and present) found in the discussions here within this site. Ask these fine folks questions, interact. Research the products you see discussed here by the growers. Keep records of your progress in the patch. It'll be helpful to advance your successes. MOST OF ALL, GET PROVEN SEEDS. Ask for them from these terrific growers, you will find more quality seeds than you will ever be able to grow. Lastly, seek out local growers and talk to them about resources and tips. I'm not much further ahead of you in this hobby and this has been (for me) a good approach to getting started.
