Both weigh-offs (Saturday and Sunday)have been uploaded to the GPC info page. If you had an entry that is missing information that you can provide, please contact the Port Elgin office at [email protected] and we'll gladly get it entered for you within the next couple of days.

I'd like to personally thank each and every grower that attended our event over the weekend - it takes a lot of commitment to grow these giants year after year and we sure do appreciate your loyalty to our festival. Our community wouldn't enjoy the success of being named one of the top festivals in Ontario for 27 years if it wasn't for you, the growers.

Thanks again for coming out in less than perfect weather and we hope to see you either in Niagara in March or next year at the big tent!

Jane & I would like to thank Sally, Brad, Joanne & the many other helpers for putting together another 1st class weigh off. We really appreciate all the hard work & long hours they put in to make the event a great success. The lunch was very good & it sure was nice seeing many of our old friends again. We are already looking forward to next year's weigh off. Congrats to Mike McAvity for winning Sunday's event. Congrats also to all our friends who broke their PBs on the weekend.

We wish our fellow growers all the best in the remaining weigh offs.
