I'm using a white towl to cover AG. Besides building a structure for protection from AG skin drying out. Is the towl method ok? Any precautions? Like creating mold or something?

Use a white sheet instead, towels don't dry fast after wet which will cause you an issue. Walmart has some great micro fiber sheetZ that almost repell water and are very soft..... I even had to buy KING SiZe for Woody.. 24$ a set of two that will work for you....

I used a white wash cloth to cover my pumpkin when it was small. It made a white square patch visible on my pumpkin, the rest of the pumpkin is light orange. I'd use a sheet as well.
