Check the dealer locator in that link. There's a place between Rochester and Syracuse that will sell you a 5-gal bucket of it.

Potassium Carbonate and Ascophyllum Nodosum... I correct meself.. It's good stuff...
Directions for Commercial Use: KDL is intended for foliar use. Apply 2 to 4 quarts per acre with sufficient water for thorough coverage. For best results, spray in early morning or late afternoon. Do not during the “sunlight” hours when air temperature is above 85° F. Foliar fertilization is intended to supplement standard ground fertility programs and will not by itself provide all nutrients normally required by agricultural crops. Warning: Use caution when using in Fort Collins, will turn pumpkins green..... Start with full tank of water before adding products. Do not mix in concentrated form with acid based products.

CAUTION: May turn pumpkins green if not diluted with water.
BONUS FEATURE: Can be concentrated down to yield a 0-0-100 paste that can be used to fill cracks and blossom tears that may result from excessive use. Curing time is less than 2 hours.

You can buy direct from agrok. Ask for Larry schafer. Shipping costs are very reasonable. If you buy a 500 gallon tank of it you can save the tank and use it to water your plants. Good luck!

They also sell in quarts if you are just going to spray it on one leaf.
