Reno's biggest,
That seems like a bit too much fish and seaweed. Are you applying 5 gallons diluted or concentrate? Mollasses will give the plant the carbon that it needs to produce the sugars that it needs to grow. 1/4 cup per gallon (or 2 fl. oz.) is a bit too much. I will normally apply 1/2 oz per gallon (or about a tablespoon) of molasses a week to the leaves and about 6-10 oz. per plant with adiquite water in a soil drench. A couple of growers have told me before that you should use feed grade molasses which you can get from a feed store. I bought 5 gallons for $20.
