Yep, actually I think it may have been d49 for me last year, I can check for sure. Here's how it ended: http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryViewOne.asp?eid=188339

until the weigh off, the only info will be occasional size updates. Maybe just maybe a pic a little latter. Wow Andy, chances are slim this will survive to weigh off either. When they get this big and still flying they usually bust, but not yet.

Hopkins 1675 was right at 400...maybe even a bit more. The wheels really came off after that though. It blew out the main vine. Which was a good thing for me :)
I can't imagine the 2009 and 1875 weren't over 400 D50. Maybe 1807 Stelts as well.

the 2009 was about 382" ott at day 50. That's why I thought 400" ott at day 50 was so good. thanks Chris for making it feel average, lol.

Here's how average I think 400 is on D50.
I thought John had a WR sitting in his patch by mid August. Not exactly average. LOL.

My fastest grower was at 404 at day 50, I've had several others close to this. All went very light when weighed.

whatever it is just enjoy the ride. dont count your chickens until they have hatched. no one remembers a good story ---- just the official results.
having said that though. sometimes those that do get away? make for a real boost to our outlook on growing.refreshing our spirit for the future.
ya gotta break a few eggs to make an omlet.
