AnyoneZ else get frustrated uZing our wonderful postal service? Sent in a second sample... to Western. First one was delivered back to me cuZ I took the operators advice to leave off the PO Box. ("We wont deliver parcels to a PO Box"... so they sent my sample back to me. I sent a new sampleZ off Saturday.. priority mail...this time with the PO BOX Receipt says Monday deliver.... itZ Tuesday and the tracking # sayZ itZ still in Denver....
Wonderful system... no wonder they are going broke!

I heard from my postmaster that Parma is off the USPS beaten path, and the USPS gives the packages for there to FedEx--who take their sweet time delivering it.
It'd be faster if you DROVE the package there yourself.

Steve is right,,, don't do priority either. I went through this early this year. Now I send a tissue test out Friday morning and have the results emailed and talking with Harry by Tuesday afternoon:)
Good luck WiZ!

I always had two day service to Parma from ohio sending them from a small local post office. I used the flat rate priority mail boxes. Good luck!

Maybe if you knocked off the tired old ZZZZZZZ thing. I might care! Or maybe the post office might understand your address label if you stopped the ZZZZZZZZZcrap!

I ship to western labs a few times a year and I always use the "If it fit it ships" boxes. Now leaving from Central Ohio it gets there the exact same time every time. I always send it on Monday morning & it gets signed for on Wednesday morning

Bottom line - USPS is sometimes unreliable. For important shipments UPS or FedEx is the only way to go.

The tracking info is only as good as the scans it receives while in transit....

I needed shade cloth earlier this yr, ASAP!FROM USPS paid 46$ for a 2-3 priority mailing ! saturday was the 3 day date ,, didn't get it until monday,, mondays mail man said the substitute had hard time finding address , he called & po said bring it back & they would deliver it on monday,, WHY the hell would people pay 3 X as much money $ for a 2-3 day if they did not need it until later ?? Idiots !!!! I went to home depot & spent more money on shade cloth to hold me over !!

USPS is a great American institution! Don't bad mouth her! If you want to pay more go UPS/FedEx, lol.

You guys have WAY better postal service than we do if you are even considering using the postal service! In Canada the postal system is used only for lower priority packages. I would be laughed at for trying to send samples in the mail. Wow!
