roger if both are growing at the same pace? id take the one with the best natural angle off main best stem position best shape the one that will cost me the least amt of plant pruning and lastly go with your gut.

Roger, I know the feeling. I am in a bind myself and have a huge case of ICD. I cant decide.
Good luck

Ditto. I've got to choose one of the eggs tonight. Its gonna hurt me to cut either one....but egg B is growing faster than egg A- he's huge but is in a crap spot. Egg is growing slow but is gorgeous and positioned perfectly.

If you would rather have 2 pumpkins then the decision is easy. If you want the biggest pumpkin possible then no guts no glory. I tend to keep the older ones.
