What might causing this. They rot soon after appearing.

Has it been hot in your area?

Do you have high nitrogen?

(These are two factors that may play a role.)

Is this happening on all of your plants?

Yes, it has been very hot. but, it is only happening on one plant four times. Due to limited space both my plants are
growing together. Posted picture today of my one that I
pollenated 7/17/2013. Thanks
