Subject: fungus on the soil

I have been worried for a while about a fungus growing on the soil. What should I do to get rid of it? Also the fungus covered area is staying wet while the rest of the soil is drying out as I am not watering as much as some of the growers on chat have reccomended. Should I water or not? Thanks. |
