Anyone have issues with flagging leaves on the 1789. The heat has been flagging my leaves. Nothing a light misting doesnt take care of. Hows your freak....getting freaky here in the heats patch!!!!!

By far the best looking plant. But it dose flag during the day had one leaf burn today. Tomorrow I will put shade fabric over the first few feet of the main.

My 1872 doesndoesn't flag if that counts for anything and the 1789 only issue was it went mutant and had to be pulled at vining stage

My Freak burns but that was an easy fix with misting. Pollinated a nice 5 lobe female at 13' with the 1409 Miller. Freak'n freaky cross!!!

My 1789 is a great plant, one pumpkin out on the main at 16ft, day 15 measurement on Thursday was 155 ott for and est wt of 89 lbs, day 16 which was today it added 20 lbs.

I am growing a cross that has the 1789 in it and it sure doesn't like the heat. Perks right back though in the evening.
