Seem bout 2 hours difference from least to .but does the closeness of the sun have a factor.or does it just even out down here were closer so we need less hours.but up further need more hours to make up.& how many of us are actually even getn the full hours do to hills trees ect.geuss you'd have to time it on summer solstus.
