I pollinated a female at 15.5’ in perfect position in relation to the vine and the rest of the plant. I was not planning on keeping this one since come harvest time it will be 120 days old. The next female at 19’ is not looking good and is growing out the bottom of the main. Also growing in a limited space I may not have enough room to grow a pumpkin at 19’ (3’ from the retaining wall at the edge of the patch).

So long story short, is 120 days possible given perfect conditions?

Thanks

It is where I live, keep it cool and it's no problem. Might have to do more this year,I pollinated May 31.

Our oldest was 114 days last year. Could have easily gone another 6

120 days is totally doable. We are always right in that timeframe give or take a week. Our oldest one was 127 days on weighoff day.
