Just curious if you guys spray off your plants. We got 3 inches of rain last night and it literally looks like someone dumped mud on the plants. And next question, should I be speeding to the store right now to get fungacide?

I had to rinse all my seconary vine tips free of caked mud after getting pounded by those same rains yesterday. I took a spray bottle and loosened up tip clusters by wiggling tips while spraying and carefully and getting the caked stuff off. Same with small leaves near secondary tips. My mains were supported both above and below and covered with small tables prior to storms so they didn't get pounded to ground level like the seconday tips I staked down only from top to keep from blowing and snapping. And eventhough 3" of rain I still set misting system today for short 10 minute cycles for 4 times while at work today to help rinse other splashed up dirt off leaves while they grow and blow in wind today to help.
Fungicide and some seaweed tonight for sure for recovery and disease control. Alternaria and/or basic rot spores got splashed heavy last night I am sure.
