It was a little slow out the gate but it was cool here and we dont do heating cables or hoop houses in NC. It's catching up now. I will post a pic update in my diary over the next few days.

Well....cold spring was the reason I put 2 candles in my new insulated huts and had heat damage to young leaves! Then as it was growing new leaves, 2 snapped in the wind. But she's fighting back!

Well, I skirted the electric fence relevant to those nights close to freezing and simply covered the plants with remay. I live a mile away from my patch and there was no way I was going to risk burning the plants in plastic huts while I was at work. Out of four plants, the 1843 Geddes is doing well and the others have stunted and are way behind. Sorry to hijack the thread Wiz.
