I had some people back out on some land I had leased last minute. I'm looking at having to use land without a cover crop. It's mainly orchard grass with some wild mustard. Any chemical combinations to ensure that I get a good kill?

No till? I was first going to suggest tilling that orchard grass/mustard combo in as a ready source of nitrogen and OM. Sounds like you're not going to bother with a soil test either. If you're just going for the kill, use Roundup or its generic.
