Try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files fred. (you will have to log back in to the website when you are done, so make sure you know your password)

If you have Internet Explorer,
Close all of your Internet Explorer Windows except one
Go to the top of that page and click:

Tools

Internet Options

Near the center there is a Delete button -- Click it.

A new window should open

Make sure there is a check mark in History, Cookies, and Temporary Internet files block

Then click delete at the bottom.

I think this will fix it for you.

Good Luck

Fred I use a photo resizer from Microsoft. It is for windows but there might be one for Mac users as well. The microsoft one is free and so easy to use. I resize all of my photos for my diary with the tool. Once it is downloaded you just need to left click on photo you want resized and a window pops up. It can change a 1 meg photo into about 50kbs. This is good for Ken I am guessing and also makes posting diary pics for us users much faster. Here is the download site for windows.

Best of luck.

I have had the same propblems and I blame it on the web browser I am using-Google Chrome, and have had similar problems submitting photos and accessing files with it and also Internet Explorer. The solution to all is to download a version of Firefox to use in these situations. It will save grief and time and bookmarks-favorites are carried from Chrome to Firefox but not from Internet Explorer, something to keep in mind.
