Can anyone get me pointed in the right direction on what I need to add or avoid? http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryViewOne.asp?eid=195617. Thanks in advance!

Looks good! I am no expert, but what sticks out to me is you might want to add a little calcium to get you CA\MG ratio up since your magnesium is a little high.
Also, your P and K is a "little" low. All your micronutrients are pretty close in range and I'd be happy with that test if I just made a couple tweeks.

And before you add anything, double check with someone else. You could probably just get by with some foliar sprays.

Scott-
Interesting results, you've obviously added a few amendments...
The comments below represent my personal opinion, which is derived from agronomists advice, Don Chambers' soil study, past experience, and text books:
the OM is too high. My personal belief is 5-10% is sufficient. pH is a little high as well, 6.5-6.8 provides maximum nutrient availability Ca is a little low, however Lime would raise pH (not advisable) and gypsum will add Sulfur (not necessary). Foliar Ca may offer some benefit. Micronutrients are in good shape, no additions necessary.
If this were my soil, I wouldnt add a thing this season. Retest again in fall to see where its at.
