Hey marley...I've just finished putting together one of my secret weapons for getting tomatoes (and other veggies) to grow huge...I'll be sending it out to you...it should cover about 200 sq ft....it will go out today..it's a marley trade secret...it also got me to thinking that maybe some newer growers (and some old)... Would appreciate some hearing some other trade secrets from some of the seasoned growers..prolly want to keep "the family " secret between Us though....it's a winner....last year I also spent a lot of time trying to come up with compost tea recipes ....bat guano tea was great to boost veg growth....hands get tired after squeezing a couple dozen though.....:)

I had Cherries and shine around the house growing up. My parents would fill a "das boot" with it. It's my dad's secret weapon for sure...lol

Homemade watermelon brandy works good too yardman, we stick it in the freezer a few hours. A couple slices and you won't be able to get out of your chair. The hard part is finding the brandy, unless you make a run yourself, but I hear there's a few fella's still making it in Tennessee!

Very helpful responses..... So new growers , along with good gardening practices, lots of alcohol to deal with the insanity of the hobby....
