i have been looking at getting a heat cable whats best place get them and are they worth the money do you just plug into an extension cord

Bury them at least 6 inches deep in the planting area and plug them in, they will keep the soil at 74°, they are absolutely worth it!

tom i have limited resources i was also thinking about getting some neptunes fish/seaweed and some soluble kelp would these be pretty good choice on limited budget or is there something better

Will let you plant a few weeks early.Soil heat keeps the air warm inside shelter.Just keep an eye on sunshine effect-air temp.
