Saw this commercial tonight, and wife pointed out to me the GPC logo and big pumpkin picture.

Check out this link and particular at the 17 second mark. Is that Joel Jarvis and his 1486.6 from 2011?

Funniest part is that they erased the wording from the GPC sign, changed the "world record" to "county record" and changed your squash from a nice green to a very nice orange!!

Guess they thought a "county record" pumpkin has a better chance of standing than a world record squash... especially with the Wallaces'growing next year;)

(For those wondering...they did ask permission from both photograper and myself to use the photo. Due to marketing laws/trademarks/unions and commercial rights they chose not to include certain aspects of the photo...and everyone knows orange trumps green in the field of public opinion;)

I wondered that Joel, thanks for clearing that up. Well I hope you at least get a dollar for everytime it airs...I see it alot on certain channels.
