When growing AGs you might wish to consider pulling the plant as soon as green females appear, as this might be an indication for a virus infection of your AG plant. When growing squash...well...better let the greenies grow.

They are the same seeds but some AG's have a high probability of growing green AG's/squash.

Your question is kinda vague......

Basically growing technique is the same with some small variations like trimming leaves around the fruit as too much shading leads to it not colouring up in some cases, stems are usually longer so they are prone to less stem stress, on average they do not grow as large. They take the same ferts etc. And you have more chance at winning prize money as there are fewer growers growing them!
